Phone number — for verification via one-time passcode
Birthday — for age verification (you must be 13 or older)

Favorite teams (up to 5)

Chat messages, reactions, and replies
Images you upload
Room membership and read receipts

Prediction activity:

Trades and positions in prediction markets
SportsCred virtual currency balance and transaction history

Device information (automatic):

Push notification tokens
Device identifiers (a randomly generated ID stored on your device)
Online/offline status

3. How We Use Your Information

Provide and operate the dub messaging service
Deliver push notifications for messages, game updates, and prediction results
Moderate uploaded content for policy compliance
Generate AI-powered game narratives and insights using game statistics (no personal data is sent to AI services)
Index usernames and display names for user search

5. What We Don't Collect

No location or GPS data

No advertising networks or ad identifiers

6. Data Storage & Security

Server-side data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure
Local data on your device is stored in an encrypted database
Session credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain (hardware-encrypted)
All communication uses TLS/HTTPS

7. Data Retention

Login sessions automatically expire after 4 weeks of inactivity — you are logged out, but your account and data remain
Your account and associated data (messages, profile, predictions) persist while your account is active
To delete your account and all associated data, contact privacy@sport-spaces.com

8. Your Rights

Access: Request a copy of your data by contacting us
Correction: Update your profile information in the app at any time
Deletion: Request account deletion by emailing privacy@sport-spaces.com

9. Children's Privacy

You must be at least 13 years old to use dub. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of dub after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
